Lemons - Scoop Long Handle
A brand NEW addition to my collection! I originally made some of these scoops as gifts, and loved creating them so much I’ve decided to make some more.
These scoops are a bit of a break from tradition for me; usually I throw every piece I make on the potter’s wheel, but for this design that technique wasn’t really going to work. Instead, they are constructed using hand-building techniques, with a ‘pinch pot’ scoop, and a slab handle. Featuring a design of hand painted lemons, on a background of dusky pink. Inspired by the joyful colours of Matisse’s paintings, I wanted this little scoop to have a distinctly Mediterranean vibe!
Perfect for scooping coffee, loose leaf tea, herbs, bath salts…or anything you like really!!
Also available with a short handle.
