Delivery

I post out orders a maximum of twice a week. This means items for UK Shipping may take up to 7 days to arrive with you once you have placed your order. Thank you in advance for your understanding! 

All UK items will be posted Royal Mail Signed for.

Each order is packed using paper bubble wrap, eco boxes and starch based packing chips. All packaging is 100% recyclable or biodegradable. 

Returns/Refunds

I hope you love your piece, however, if you are unsatisfied with your item I accept UK Returns; please contact me within 7 days of delivery by emailing katewelton@hotmail.com. Any returns must be posted back within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact me as soon as possible (and within 7 days of receiving your order) to arrange a return and refund. If the unwanted item is not damaged on delivery the buyer is responsible for return postage. If the item is not in its original condition when returned, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that all my pieces are completely handmade, and so items may vary slightly from the images provided. No two pots are exactly the same, so you’ll be getting a unique piece every time you order!

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a refund or so I can post out another item to you if available. 

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
